At the Rade Foundation, we value transparency and integrity in our operations, especially concerning donations and payments.

  1. Donations

1.1 All donations are final and non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to our charitable programs.
1.2 Refunds may only be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Technical/payment gateway errors
  • Proven unauthorized use of your payment method
    1.3 Refund requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of the transaction with valid proof.
  1. Event Registrations or Paid Services (If Applicable)

2.1 Refunds for event tickets or service fees will follow the specific terms mentioned on the registration page.
2.2 The Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, refunds or credits may be provided.

  1. Processing Refunds

3.1 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3.2 Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank (usually 7–10 working days).
